Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Company and, where necessary, processing of special categories of data for the purpose of legal defence.
Retention: within the same 12-month period; in the event of litigation, until the dispute is resolved.
In the event of hiring, the data will be included in the employee’s personnel file and processed in accordance with the relevant privacy notice. Once the applicable retention period has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
Nature of the provision of data.
The provision of data is optional, but necessary in order to assess the application: if the data are not provided, the Company will not be able to consider the application.
