RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Isacco pays close attention to its customers' needs. We hope you're always satisfied with your purchases on Isacco.it, but if you change your mind, here's what you can do.

 

1. Time limits for exercising the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. To do so, fill out the withdrawal form available on the website: this is the only accepted method to start the procedure.

Please note that product returns are not accepted at physical stores.

 

2. Excluded products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or items clearly made to the customer's specific order.

3. Conditions for return

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit.

In particular, the right of withdrawal may be exercised provided that the products:

1. Are returned complete with original tags, where present.
2. Have not been washed, ironed, altered, or treated in any way.
3. Show no signs of use beyond normal trying-on (e.g., stains, odors, wear).
4. Are returned, where possible, in their original packaging or otherwise adequately packaged for transport.

The absence of the original packaging or tags does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, but it may affect any reduction of the refund amount.

Products must be shipped within 14 days from the date the consumer communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

4. How to make a return

To start the return procedure, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form, available on the website, within 14 days of receiving the products.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the address to send the products to (Isacco Srl, via C.Battisti SNC, Grumello del Monte 24064 (BG)). Deliveries to pickup points are not accepted.
3. Carefully pack the products in compliance with the conditions indicated, and include a copy of the receipt (including the till receipt) or invoice in the package.
4. Hand over the package to the courier of your choice within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.

We recommend using a service with tracking and proof of delivery to have evidence of shipment.

 

5. Non-acceptance of the return

Once the returned products have been received, Isacco will verify their condition and compliance with the conditions required for exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the products are found to have been used beyond normal trying-on, washed, damaged, missing essential elements (such as tags or accessories), or otherwise in a condition that has reduced their commercial value, Isacco may apply a proportional reduction of the amount to be refunded, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The reduction of the refund will be commensurate with the decrease in value actually found and documentable.

 

6. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (including any customs charges, if applicable).

7. Refund

If you purchase as a private consumer and the withdrawal is exercised correctly, we will refund the price of the item and the original shipping costs (up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Isacco) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal communication. However, we may suspend the refund until the products are received at Isacco Srl's premises at via C.Battisti SNC, Grumello del Monte 24064. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Digital withdrawal

Isacco provides a dedicated digital withdrawal form on the website, accessible directly from the Home Page, in compliance with the new provisions on distance contracts.

9. Scope of application

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to purchases made for personal use. It does not apply to purchases made for resale purposes, orders placed by authorized Isacco resellers, or as part of ongoing business supply arrangements.
